Groucho Marx Letter to Warner Brothers
http://www.chillingeffects.org/resource.cgi?ResourceID=31
Purported to be a letter written by Groucho Marx in response to a threat from Warner Brothers that his new film "Night in Casablanca" was infringing upon their legal rights to the name. According to the Snopes link below, the letter was actually a brilliant publicity stunt for the film. In any case, it is a wonderful piece of writing that explores some of the absurdities of copyright law.
