Absolute classic from the Colbert report.  Great way to introduce students to the nature of wikipedia and its possible shortcomings, all with a dose of Colbert sarcasm!  You have to sit through a brief commercial before this video starts.

Great for teaching about how Wikipedia entries grow and evolve.  Too long to show the whole thing.  About 1 minute's worth makes the point.

This longish movie from Answers.com promotes student awareness about Internet research, plagiarism, and Internet safety.  Mission Possible is ideal for a classroom setting and includes both a lesson plan and student worksheet.  Written for students in grades 5-12.  Good video to use as a "take-home" assignment on this topic.
